If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a DoubleSight Displays Product purchased directly from DoubleSight Displays Online Store, you may return the product to DoubleSight Displays within fourteen (14) days of the DATE OF PURCHASE of the product. All returned products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and software that were delivered with the product.

A ten percent (10%) restocking fee will be assessed on any UNOPENED RETURNS during this period. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be assessed on any OPENED RETURNS during this period. In addition to the above, you will be liable for all shipping and related costs. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED AFTER THE FOURTEENTH (14TH) DAY OF THE DATE THE PRODUCT WAS PURCHASED.

DoubleSight Displays recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to DSD or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
